The works in this exhibition show two sides of my current painting life: the planned, design-structured ones, and the more recent spontaneous, experimental ones.
Perhaps the variation has been brought on by these current times of change: things are being done differently; we are having to adapt and modify our behaviour as the world changes around us.
Identity and locality influence my approach, offering a response to the currents of change from a different perspective, seen through the rhythms and patterns of nature.
